This course is focused on understanding capacity development, freight consolidation, network alignment, and synchronization. The course develops the principles, practices, and tools required to address all major issues and tradeoffs in domestic and international transportation including key financial and performance indicators for transportation and design of supply chains to minimize transportation and distribution costs.
