The combined companies will operate as Robocom Systems International and will maintain an office in Charleston SC.
Fred Radcliffe, president of Robocom said: "Cambar's domain expertise in order management and the distribution industry will be terrific additions to the Robocom team. Cambar's strong products will allow Robocom to expand its product offering."
Rick Register, who will join Robocom as vice president, added: "We believe Robocom's labor management, voice directed technology and transportation solutions will be of great value to the Cambar customers. This is a terrific step forward for both companies as well as the Robocom and Cambar customers."
