Verticalnet customer to use supply management solution suite to better enable sourcing, supply management and spend visibility for outsourced customers
Malvern, PA — January 27, 2006 — On-demand supply management solutions provider Verticalnet Inc. has announced that Capgemini Energy (CGE), a firm that conducts business process outsourcing of supply chain operations and information, has selected the Verticalnet XE Supply Management suite as its offering platform for current and future outsourced customers.
Capgemini Energy said it selected Verticalnet XE for its integrated functionality, from spend analysis to sourcing, from negotiation and contract management to e-procurement and catalog management services.
