Dallas—June 4, 2012—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank appointed Tim Feemster as a Senior Managing Director to its Global Corporate Services (GCS) team in Dallas.
“Tim is a recognized industry leader in supply chain strategy, and manufacturing and distribution operation,” said Alan Nager, Executive Managing Director, Global Corporate Services. “Tim knows the logistics industry from top-to-bottom. He will continue our commitment to integrate real estate strategy with logistics network planning, facility master planning, location strategy, site selection and economic incentives.”
40-year industry veteran Feemster was previously associated with Grubb & Ellis. Prior to that, he was a senior manager in three manufacturing companies, a consultant and an executive with two third-party logistics providers. He has knowledge of numerous industries involving both refrigerated and dry channels. Feemster has worked on more than 40 project start-ups and has experience with facility layout and design; logistics systems development; purchasing strategy; business planning; carrier rationalization; warehouse network analysis; and third-party qualification and selection.
