Perfect Commerce to offer clients spend analysis services through alliance with consultancy Silver Oak Solutions
Kansas City, MO September 8, 2004 Clients of supplier relationship management (SRM) specialist Perfect Commerce will be able to avail themselves of the services of spend analysis consultancy Silver Oak Solutions under a partnership between the two solution providers announced this week.
Through an exclusive agreement, Perfect will offer Silver Oak's spend analysis services to its clients as part of the company's PerfectInsight suite of services. The agreement also allows Silver Oak to market Perfect Commerce's "on-demand" SRM utility to its client base.
"The enhancement of our spend analysis service delivers a compelling value proposition for our clients," said Sandy Kemper, chairman and CEO of Perfect Commerce. "PerfectInsight Spend Analysis provides visibility into enterprise-wide spending and oftentimes is the first step in identifying savings opportunities. It is not uncommon to see companies experience savings of 20 percent on direct and indirect goods when taking advantage of the insights obtained from a comprehensive spend analysis. This is a win-win for our clients."
PerfectInsight Spend Analysis will leverage the experience of Silver Oak Solutions, which said it has analyzed more than $118 billion of purchased expenses across 73 clients. The company said its has helped clients review $6.8 billion of direct and indirect costs across more than 150 expense categories, facilitating more than $1.2 billion of recurring, annual cash savings for an average of 18.5 percent in cost reduction.
