Enablers Richer Systems, Corcentric aim to automate purchase and invoice data flow for vendors using AmeriQuest e-hub

Chicago — December 1, 2004 — Richer Systems Group (RSG), a provider of solutions for the fleet management industry, and Corcentric, a B2B e-commerce solution provider, have joined forces on an integration project to link RSG's transportation and fleet management systems with a Corcentric-developed transportation procurement e-hub operated by AmeriQuest.

The partnership, integrating RSG's enrich Transportation Management and Fleet Management Systems with the Corcentric Optimal eFlow System, will allow purchase and invoice data to flow automatically between the 100-plus vendors currently using the Corcentric e-Hub developed for AmeriQuest and the transportation and fleet management providers using the enrich system.

"A seamless and automated process will eliminate significant overhead for enrich users and allow them to approve invoices online, receive invoices faster, eliminate lost invoices and automate [general ledger] coding of invoices into the enrich accounts payables," the two solution providers said in announcing their alliance.

Hogan Motor Leasing of St. Louis will be the first customer to use the integrated capabilities being developed. "enrich has been in use at Hogan Motor Leasing since 1999 and has allowed Hogan to grow significantly without significant additions to our overhead," said Brian Hogan, president and CEO of the leasing company. "We have also enjoyed real benefits in our purchasing through Corcentric's eHub. The integration that will tie these two important business systems together will support our continued growth and create new opportunities for efficiencies in our business."

Eric Richer, president of Richer Systems Group, said, "Hogan has been an important customer of enrich, and we are pleased that we can provide new capabilities through the integration to support our customers drive to grow their business, reduce overhead and serve their customers better."

Doug Clark, CEO and President of Corcentric commented: "This announcement with enrich reflects our commitment to establish long-term partnerships [that] support continuous cost improvements and productivity enhancements for all of our participants. We anticipate rapid adoption of these capabilities by our participants."

AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources provides procurement services, outsourced transportation management services, logistics consulting, and full-service leasing to the commercial trucking industry.
