WorkJam Announces Key Changes To Executive Team
WorkJam announces it is strengthening its sales leadership team. Will Eadie, who has served as the company’s CRO since 2020, has been promoted to chief strategy officer. He will be succeeded as CRO by Adobe and SAP sales veteran Jerry Short. Both Eadie and Short will report directly to WorkJam CEO Steven Kramer.
In his new role, Eadie will oversee near- and long-term corporate strategy and development, strategic alliances, and go-to-market strategy, working closely with the marketing, product and customer success teams. Eadie initially joined WorkJam in 2015 as Global VP of Sales and Alliances and was promoted to CRO in 2020. His earlier experience includes sales leadership and client management roles at Kronos, MicroStrategy and SAP. A passionate mentor, Eadie also advises entrepreneurs and startups via the Techstars accelerator program and serves as a venture advisor to technology startups through Storytime Capital.
