Resilinc Appoints AI Executive Kamal Ahluwalia as Chief Executive Officer

Resilinc announces that it has appointed Kamal Ahluwalia as its next CEO. Ahluwalia succeeds Bindiya Vakil, Resilinc’s co-founder and CEO. Bindiya will remain with Resilinc as Executive Chairwoman of its Board of Directors, where she will continue to help shape the company’s go-forward strategy and growth initiatives. Ahluwalia is a highly experienced software executive with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, product innovation and go-to-market strategy. Ahluwalia most recently served as president of Ikigai Labs, a company specializing in AI-powered forecasting and planning solutions. He was also president at Eightfold.ai, an-AI-enabled talent, recruitment and workforce engagement platform for human resources professionals. Ahluwalia has held various other business and industry leadership positions throughout his 20+ year career in technology, including serving as chief revenue officer at Conga and as a Board Member and co-chair of AI Task Force at –the U.S. India Business Council.      

ToolsGroup Welcomes Supply Chain Leader Sean Elliott as Chief Executive Officer

ToolsGroup announces the appointment of Sean Elliott as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately. Elliott brings more than two decades of strategic leadership and technical expertise in supply chain software development and leadership to ToolsGroup. Most recently, he served as co-CEO at Körber Supply Chain Software. At ToolsGroup, Elliott will focus on accelerating innovation, driving strategic business expansion and strengthening its partnerships and ecosystem to deliver a best-in-class customer outcome and experience.

Ericsson appoints Charlotte Levert as Chief People Officer 

Ericsson announces the appointment of Charlotte Levert as its new chief people officer, senior vice president and head of group function people. Charlotte Levert who is currently vice president and head of people business area cloud and software services will replace MajBritt Arfert, whose departure Ericsson announced in October 2024. Charlotte Levert will take up her new position on February 10 and will be based in Sweden. 

ShipBob Hires Ex-HubSpot Executive Vice President, Jeetu Mahtani, as Chief Revenue Officer 

ShipBob announces the hiring of Jeetu Mahtani as chief revenue officer. Mahtani joins ShipBob with over 25 years of experience leading GTM teams across sales, customer success and partner ecosystem, including having spent nearly 15 years at HubSpot where he was an early member of the team and concluded his time as EVP of Global Customer Success.   

ClimateAi appoints Will Kletter as Chief Operating Officer

ClimateAi announces the promotion of Will Kletter to chief operating officer (COO). In this role, Will will lead the company’s global operations, customer teams and strategy, ensuring ClimateAi continues to equip businesses across a wide range of sectors with the tools needed to anticipate and mitigate climate risks in their supply chains. 

Kaleris Announces Recent C-Suite Executive Appointments 

Kaleris announces new leaders that have recently joined its executive team. The strategic additions will bolster Kaleris’ market position, enhance customers’ experience and accelerate go-to-market activities.

Joining the Kaleris executive team are:

  • Bob White, appointed as chief financial officer (CFO). He brings a wealth of industry experience, financial expertise and strategic insight in planning, financial analysis, and mergers & acquisitions. Bob previously served as CFO at Terminus Software and Sovos. He also held financial leadership roles at JDA Software where he made a substantial impact on financial management and sales strategy.
  • Prashant Bhatia, appointed as chief go-to-market officer (CGMO). An industry veteran, he held leadership roles at Stibo Systems, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder and SAP. With extensive experience in supply chain enterprise software, Prashant’s proven ability to drive growth through cross-functional collaboration has resulted in increased market share, strong consumer preference and enhanced customer experience via targeted engagement strategies.
  • Marc Degenkolb, appointed as chief revenue officer (CRO). Marc brings deep global enterprise software sales experience and a successful track record of scaling businesses and building high-performance teams to Kaleris. He joins the company from LogicMonitor, where he led the North American Sales. Marc previously led best-in-class organizations at Delphix, Aternity and CA Technologies.
