Atlanta and Tarrytown, NY August 16, 2002 CoreHarbor Inc. and Vinimaya Inc. today announced an agreement whereby CoreHarbor will resell Vinimaya's ViniSyndicate Supplier Integration System application.
With ViniSyndicate, CoreHarbor said it is going to provide businesses with a hosted and managed solution for integrating multiple suppliers into e-procurement solutions.
ViniSyndicate integrates suppliers, as fast as one per day, into e-procurement and enterprise resource systems like Ariba Buyer. CoreHarbor said it eliminates the need for punchouts, data transformation, and other catalog management and integration services.
CoreHarbor hosts and manages Sunoco's Ariba Buyer solution, as well as other services such as the hosting of complementary solutions, application monitoring, certified customer care and catalog project management. Sunoco determined that a single aggregated catalog with a consistent look and feel would better meet end users' needs and encourage user adoption.
Therefore, Sunoco selected Vinimaya's ViniSyndicate Supplier Integration System to expedite integration of supplier catalogs and to attain aggregated catalog functionality compatible with its existing Ariba Buyer solution. CoreHarbor and Vinimaya worked together to implement ViniSyndicate for Sunoco, with CoreHarbor hosting and maintaining the application.
