Women in Supply Chain: STG's Nikki Driskill Details Why Customer Experience is Suffering

Nikki Driskill, VP, customer service, STG Logistics, was named one of Food Logistics' and Supply & Demand Chain Executive's 2024 Women in Supply Chain award winners in the Trailblazers category. 

Over her 26-year career, Driskill has witnessed -- and adapted to -- major changes that have transformed the logistics industry, and credits changes in technology for drastically improving the field.

However, because of technology, younger generations are losing the art of reading the room, and customer experience is suffering because of it.
