Target acquired Shipt in December of 2017 in hopes to offer a new online shopping experience. Starting in select stores on Feb. 1, customers are able to select same day shipping for their items.  A Shipt annual membership regularly costs $99 or a $14 per month on orders more than $35. Deliveries of less than $35 have a fee of $7 per order and Shipt prices vary slightly from in-store prices.

Target aims to have Shipt services in nearly of its stores by March.

The launch of Shipt services comes just six weeks after its acquisition.

“Our teams moved at lightning speed to get Target up and running on Shipt’s platform in less than eight weeks,” John Mulligan Target’s chief operating officer said. “We’ll keep expanding."
