e-Sourcing provider points to growing customer list, second consecutive year of profitability
Short Hills, NJ — February 17, 2004 — e-Sourcing specialist Global eProcure has announced a successful 2003, citing a customer base that topped 50 while the provider continued to remain profitable.
Global eProcure provides full-service e-sourcing solution and self-service e-sourcing technology to large companies and public sector organizations. The company said it has sourced over $4 billion for its customers, with an average of 18 percent savings.
The provider said that its 2003 fiscal year marked its second consecutive year of profitability.
As some of its other accomplishments for the year 2003, Global eProcure cited expansion of its offshore operations, an upgrade of its Spend Analysis tool to version 4.0 and launch of its Enterprise Contract Management tool.
Global eProcure has also been awarded the GSA Schedule for Spend Analytical services, and Full-Service and Self-Service Reverse Auctions by the U.S. government's General Services Administration.
Founded in 1999, Global eProcure currently has a client list that includes such organizations as First Data, Duron, Phillips, Novo Nordisk, Amtrak, the U.S. Department of Justice and Department of Health and Human Services, and the State of Wisconsin.
