Heaney holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University.

Norfolk Southern Corporation names Felismina “Mina” De Oliveira as vice president, enterprise resources, reporting directly to chief operating officer John Orr. The move expands the responsibilities of her previous role as assistant vice president, enterprise resources, to include the company’s precision fuel program, strategic supplier management and sourcing.
De Oliveira joined Norfolk Southern in June of this year and has since played a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization, significantly contributing to the railway’s operational improvement.
