Personic continues HCRM development

Brisbane, CA  September 11, 2001  Personic, a provider of HCRM (human capital relationship management) solutions, today announced the release of Personic Express. The application service provider (ASP) solution is designed primarily to help small to midsize organizations become more effective at recruiting and hiring.

Built on Microsoft technology and incorporating elements of the Microsoft .NET platform, Personic Express is a Web-based subscription application designed to streamline the recruiting and hiring workflow process. It handles everything from creation and posting of the job requisition, through candidate sourcing and assessment, resume processing, final offer and employment, and distribution of new hire data throughout the organization.

In addition to its core functionality, which includes Microsoft Outlook integration, Personic Express also offers integrated premium services from providers of automated screening and assessment, Web-based resume mining, consolidated job posting, and automated resume processing.
