Colorado Springs, CO May 15, 2002 Optika Inc., a provider of enterprise content management software, today announced the availability of its Acorde Payables solution packages for processing and approval of supplier invoices and associated transactions.
The software, which Optika said could be implemented in as little as 15 days, is for industries like retail, manufacturing, distribution, higher education, healthcare, financial services and telecommunications. Acorde Payables packages provide the Acorde software, a set of implementation services and templates, and a 'best practices' approach for customers.
In addition, the software includes components such as Acorde Capture, a front-end capture solution; Acorde Context, which manages all business transaction information; and Acorde Services for Acorde Payables, which helps customers get up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.
According to Optika, the Acorde Payables can be extended with Acorde Resolve to offer self-service, issue resolution and collaboration to suppliers.
