Haier Selects Servigistics SPM to Improve Global Service Delivery

Atlanta—March 20, 2012—Consumer appliances provider Haier Electrical Appliance now uses Servigistics’ Service Parts Management (SPM) to improve the service it delivers to its customers. 

With the support of Servigistics—a global enterprise software solution provider for Service Lifecycle Management (SLM)—Haier can manage worldwide service operations from its global service facility in Qingdao, China.
