Werner Enterprises Sells Werner Global Logistics to Scan Global Logistics Group

Werner Enterprises announced the sale of its Werner Global Logistics freight forward services to Scan Global Logistics Group. The company also entered an agreement with SGL to offer comprehensive international logistics solutions to its North American customers.

Through the agreement, WGL customers will gain SGL’s network of locations, modern transportation management technology, multi-channel service offerings and SGL’s ability to provide solutions in new trade lanes across global markets.
