ECI Software Solutions, Inc. acquired Prima Business Control Software, a provider of ERP and e-commerce solutions tailored for the business supplies industry.
The integration of Prima’s technology stack and AI capabilities into ECI’s end-to-end ERP offering strengthens the company’s ability to serve office supply dealers across the UK, Ireland, and the United States.
