Hiperos’ Michele Flynn Drives Further Company Growth as New Chief Strategy Officer

Founder and chairman takes on new role to expand business

Somerville, N.J.Feb. 28, 2013Hiperos, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for third-party management (3PM), appointed company Founder and Chairman Michele Flynn as its new Chief Strategy Officer. In her new role, Flynn will work closely with the executive management team to create, execute and sustain strategic initiatives that will include a variety of partnerships and alliances to support corporate development and continued growth.

“Michele has exceptional industry experience and expertise in 3rd party management,” said Greg Dickinson, Chief Executive Officer of Hiperos. “For the past 20 years, Michele has worked with over 90 of the world’s largest companies to drive millions in savings to their bottom lines by reengineering their procurement function. I’m delighted to be working closely with Michele to further our company growth though acquiring new partnerships and executing on specific strategic initiatives.”    

As the company’s founder, Flynn has been instrumental in defining the company’s vision for third-party management. A recognized thought leader in the procurement industry, she is best known for her development and advancement of performance-based contracting and at-risk fee methodologies and practices, both of which have become industry standards today.  Formerly, she led consulting firm Expense Management Solutions as Chief Executive Officer.

Flynn will continue to serve as the company’s Chairman, based in Hiperos’ Boston offices.
