Somerville, N.J.—Feb. 28, 2013—Hiperos, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for third-party management (3PM), appointed company Founder and Chairman Michele Flynn as its new Chief Strategy Officer. In her new role, Flynn will work closely with the executive management team to create, execute and sustain strategic initiatives that will include a variety of partnerships and alliances to support corporate development and continued growth.

As the company’s founder, Flynn has been instrumental in defining the company’s vision for third-party management. A recognized thought leader in the procurement industry, she is best known for her development and advancement of performance-based contracting and at-risk fee methodologies and practices, both of which have become industry standards today. Formerly, she led consulting firm Expense Management Solutions as Chief Executive Officer.
Flynn will continue to serve as the company’s Chairman, based in Hiperos’ Boston offices.
