Banyan Technology launched Deliveries at Risk, a new AI-powered tool designed to identify shipments likely to miss expected delivery timing before a service failure occurs.
The new capability evaluates incoming shipment tracking updates using current location, destination information, expected delivery timing and destination dock close time to predict the likelihood of an on-time arrival.
