Newport, Del.—June 19, 2012—TotalTrax Inc., a provider of automated real-time vehicle, driver and inventory tracking products and fleet management solutions for the materials handling industry, appointed industry veteran Frank Cavallaro from Fronetics Strategic Advisors to its Board of Directors.
Effective immediately, Cavallaro brings significant management, global market strategy and operating experience and expertise in the logistics and supply chain markets to TotalTrax.

Cavallaro was introduced to TotalTrax by its private equity owner, Pharos Capital Group. Frank was the Chief Executive Officer of Pharos’s former portfolio company, Converge, a global supply chain and reverse logistics services company (which was sold to Arrow Electronics in 2010).

Cavallaro has over 25 years of experience in the global technology distribution, supply chain, reverse logistics services and electronic asset disposal industries. Prior to Fronetics, Frank held various leadership positions with such organizations as Converge, Arrow Electronics and NECX.
