Grant Wattman to Lead Agility’s Project Logistics Business

Industry veteran tasked to align project networks division with renewed strategy

Houston – Feb. 7, 2012—Agility, a global logistics provider, appointed Grant Wattman as president and chief executive officer of its Project Logistics business.

Agility is strengthening and developing its Project Logistics business, and Grant will play a major leadership role in this effort,” said Essa Al-Saleh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Integrated Logistics, Agility. “He will be responsible for developing our renewed strategy, aligning our Projects network to this strategy, driving our projects pipeline, ensuring our organization meets the highest operating standards and will also serve on the GIL Management Board.”

Wattman previously worked at CH2M Hill, Panalpina, ABB Lummus Global, GeoLogistics and Fritz Companies. He is Chairman of the Exporters Competitive Maritime Council; serves on the board of The Logistics Institute; and remains active in such organizations as the Railway Industrial Clearance Association and Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association.
