Rosebys to use HighJump apps to manage high-volume, complex retail environment as company eyes expansion
Eden Prairie, MN — January 28, 2004 — U.K. furniture retailer Rosebys has tapped a supply chain execution (SCE) solution from HighJump Software as part of an initiative to effectively manage operations as the company continues its expansion.
Rosebys is the United Kingdom's leading home furnishings retailer, with 360 stores nationwide. The company is set to use HighJump's Supply Chain Advantage suite for extended supply chain optimization in the areas of warehouse and event management, proof of delivery and supplier execution enablement.
HighJump said its warehouse management solution, Warehouse Advantage, will help Rosebys to achieve operational excellence throughout its facility with improved inventory accuracy and effective slotting strategies, resulting in overall improvements in employee productivity.
The company will also extend the reach of its supply chain management capabilities with HighJump's supplier execution enablement solution, Supplier Advantage, and proof-of-delivery solution, Delivery Advantage.
HighJump said that Supplier Advantage will help Rosebys speed receiving operations by allowing the company to work with its global supplier base to improve supply chain flow with activities such as labeling and compliance management.
Likewise, Delivery Advantage offers extended functionality in the form of accurate store-to-store transfers.
