Eden Prairie, MN, and Greenwood Village, CO — November 16, 2004 — HighJump Software, a 3M company, and CIBER announced today that Major Brands Inc., Missouri's highest-volume distributor of premium spirits, wine and beer, has selected CIBER to implement HighJump's supply chain execution (SCE) solution.
HighJump's SCE solution, along with CIBER's implementation expertise, is expected to enable Major Brands to direct and optimize supply chain work activities, improve inbound and outbound shipment processing, and introduce more sophisticated picking techniques to Major Brands' warehouse operations.

Major Brands sells and distributes consumer beverage alcohol through multiple distribution channels, including grocery stores, restaurants, bars and a variety of retail outlets. To optimize all shipping and receiving activities in its high-volume warehouse, Major Brands needed an advanced and highly adaptable supply chain execution solution.
Major Brands said it selected the HighJump solution because it will allow the company to quickly and cost-effectively accommodate changes in customer requirements, seasonal variations in volume and shipments of all sizes.
