Minneapolis—June 11, 2013—Pepsi New Haven now utilizes HighJump Software’s OASIS 5.0 route accounting system (RAS) to manage its daily operations. A shareholder in the Wis-Pak Co-op group, Pepsi New Haven distributes more than 300 beverage products from three warehouses in Missouri. The HighJump OASIS 5.0 route accounting system is uniquely tailored for soft drink distributors and will manage Pepsi New Haven’s routes; hand-held computing devices; customers; and driver schedules.
HighJump OASIS will also seamlessly integrate to Pepsi New Haven’s other HighJump direct store delivery (DSD) solutions to provide a more cost-effective implementation process; and real-time data for increased productivity and improved customer service.
“Our business is becoming increasingly complex, from managing more and more SKUs to handling complicated promotional pricing,” said Denny Rasure, General Manager, Pepsi New Haven. “Implementing HighJump OASIS 5.0 provides us many technology upgrades and significant opportunities for increases in productivity, ease of use and enhanced reporting capabilities.”
HighJump Software’s OASIS 5.0 Web user interface leverages rich Web-based technology constructs and will make training new staff a fast and easy process. The Web user interface offers easy navigation and enhanced reporting and analysis capabilities that will enable employees from across the company to get more accurate, timely information.
“We’re pleased to provide long-time customer Pepsi New Haven with a modern route accounting system based on beverage industry and supplier best-practices and requirements,” said Amy Stelling, Senior Vice President and General Manager, DSD Solutions Group, HighJump Software. “As one of the largest direct store delivery software providers in North America, HighJump Software is investing heavily in our DSD business by continually enhancing our software and mobile technology for beverage distribution.”
