HighJump Software Provides Sage 100 ERP Users with Web-based EDI Integration

TrueCommerce Transaction Manager enables Sage 100 ERP users to manage their own deployments

Eden Prairie, Minn.August 2, 2012—Global supply chain management software provider HighJump Software’s TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group now offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) version of its EDI solution for users of Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200) business management software. The on-premise version of TrueCommerce Transaction Manager for Sage 100 ERP is ideal for organizations that prefer to manage their own deployments.

Organizations that integrate Sage 100 ERP with the Web-based version of TrueCommerce Transaction Manager will benefit from all the same features and functionality that users of the on-premise version of Transaction Manager enjoy. With the Web-based solution, Sage 100 ERP users benefit from anytime/anywhere access with no maintenance, backup or update requirements and no need to purchase additional hardware or software.

“Web-based EDI is a popular choice for businesses that are new to EDI and want to keep things as simple as possible,” said Nick Manolis, Vice President and General Manager, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group. “TrueCommerce has enabled many Sage customers to successfully integrate their EDI and ERP environments, and we are pleased to offer both web-based and on-premise options to better meet each organization’s specific needs.”

TrueCommerce Transaction Manager supports integration with Sage 100 ERP’s sales order and purchase order modules, which include purchase orders; advance ship notices and invoices; as well as warehouse/third-party logistics (3PL) and receipt of goods transactions. Built-in process controls validate purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy, reducing errors and chargebacks. In addition, with TrueCommerce Scheduler, users can automate and schedule a wide range of everyday sales and purchasing tasks, such as sending, receiving, importing and exporting EDI transactions.

HighJump Software offers cloud-based solutions for transportation management, route accounting and warehouse management,” said Russell Fleischer, Chief Executive Officer, HighJump Software. “The addition of EDI to our cloud computing portfolio gives HighJump customers another way to leverage the business benefits of hosted services as they increase the efficiency of their operations.”
