TrueCommerce Scheduler allows users to automatically schedule events in TrueCommerce Transaction Manager, saving time and manual effort while improving efficiency. A wide variety of common tasks can be automated such as sending, importing and exporting transactions. Events can be scheduled based on the customer or EDI transaction types and can run at various time intervals such as minutes, hours or days.
Available as an add-on solution, TrueCommerce Scheduler automates inbound and outbound transactions with the business system. Also Scheduler can generate or retrieve files from a specific location on your network for integrations utilizing a flat- file approach.
Built-in process controls such as exception handling and e-mail notifications, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all your automated transactions, which means fewer errors and chargebacks. The solution automatically validates outbound transactions against trading partner maps, to make sure that all required data has been entered before sending transactions to a customer. In addition, specific users can receive e-mail alerts based on a wide range of distinct events.
