OXFORD, England PRNewswire February 2, 2001 Moai Technologies recently announced that it has entered into a strategic reseller partnership with DigitalMarkets, a company that designs, builds and operates corporate and public marketplaces.
Under the terms of the agreement, DigitalMarkets will deploy Moai's LiveExchange online negotiation solution to power Internet marketplaces and private corporate procurement marketplaces throughout Europe. DigitalMarkets will be licensed to resell Moai's LiveExchange, included as an implementation to complement DigitalMarkets' suite of Dynamic Pricing Platforms.
