PITTSBURGH --(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 26, 2001 FreeMarkets, a B2B marketplace and e-sourcing service provider, today announced that it has signed a new agreement with DuPont Global Sourcing to provide the global science company with access to its B2B Global Marketplace.
The agreement follows the conclusion of a successful pilot in which DuPont Global Sourcing used the FreeMarkets B2B Global Marketplace to source indirect materials, packaging, transportation services, and capital equipment.
