Pivotal, Experio Partner on CRM

Solution provider, consulting firm target midsize enterprises with joint customer relationship management offering

Tempe, AZ  December 13, 2002  Software company Pivotal Corporation is set to team with Experio Solutions to offer Experio's information technology consulting services with Pivotal's customer relationship management (CRM) suite for mid-sized enterprises.

Pivotal focuses on providing CRM solutions for mid-market enterprises. Experio, a division of Hitachi, brings to the table experience in mid-enterprise consulting, including CRM strategy, process design and technology implementation.

The companies will collaborate on joint sales, marketing and service activities, they said in a statement.

"Pivotal and Experio are joining forces to provide a unique CRM offering specifically designed for mid-sized enterprises," said Chuck Scoville, CEO at Experio.

The two providers will also provide application and business process integration services.

Bo Manning, president and CEO of Pivotal, said that this latest alliance is part of his company's strategy of developing a partnership network focused on the mid-enterprise market.
