According to a survey conducted by Packsize – which was collected from 521 logistics and materials handling managers, who roughly ship more than 2,000 packages – a packaging solution’s ability to decrease shipping costs is the top-ranking aspect of packaging operations that needs improvement
“The study confirms what we are finding to be an industry-wide need for custom-created boxing that eliminates box inventory, inefficient use of warehouse space, and a desire to minimize wasted space and dunnage material within the shipped product box,” says Packsize marketing vice president Brandon Brooks.
