Orders for Warehouse Handling Equipment Jumped 58.1% in August

In August, orders for warehouse handling equipment soared 58.1% compared to August 218, according to data from the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association.

When comparing orders between July 2019 and August 2019, the latter had booked 27.2% more  Though, orders were down 3& for bulk handling equipment in August, but were up 42% for unit handling equipment when compared to July. 

Meanwhile, August 2019 billed sales decreased 6.1% when compared to last year's sales. However, 2019 billed sales were up 3.2% compared to July.
