San Jose, Calif.—June 27, 2014—eBay Inc. announced the appointment of Craig Hayman as president of its eBay Enterprise business. Hayman brings more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership, including executive positions at IBM’s Industry Cloud Solutions and WebSphere businesses. Hayman is going to report to eBay Inc. president and CEO John Donahoe.
According to Donahoe, “Technology continues to have a significant impact on the overall commerce landscape. Craig’s experience will enhance our ability to serve retailers and brands in this online to offine world.”
Hayman joins from IBM where he spent the past 15 years in leadership roles. He led the company’s transformation to become a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, and was the worldwide leader for enterprise SaaS solutions targeted at CMOs and e-commerce professionals. Hayman led IBM’s acquisitions of over a dozen companies, including Sterling Commerce and Coremetrics, and built a partner network that included global and regional system integrators.
