Lucas was previously the Associate Director of Client Experience and Voice of the Customer for Crowe Horwath LLP, a public accounting and consulting firm.
Lucas will contribute to Temkin Group's research on the organizational capabilities and best practices for building customer loyalty by improving customer experience. Temkin Group has published reports including The Future of Customer Experience; The ROI of Customer Experience; and Prepare For Next Generation Voice of the Customer Programs.
In addition to expanding the company's thought-leading research, Lucas will provide advisory services for Temkin Group's clients that represent some of the world's largest brands.
