McHugh Software CEO retires, Jazwiec joins company in his place

Waukesha, WI  January 4, 2002  McHugh Software International, Inc., is getting a new CEO. The execution-based supply chain management solution provider today announced the appointment of John G. Jazwiec as Chief Executive Officer, concurrent with the retirement of former CEO Ritch Durheim.


Andrew Fillat, Managing Director of McHugh's lead investment firm, Advent International, and a McHugh board member, commented, "We are extremely pleased to have someone with John's deep technology industry experience and proven track record of success to lead McHugh, and to further capitalize on the significant momentum the company gained in 2001 with the market success of its DigitaLogistix" solution portfolio."


Mr. Jazwiec joins McHugh from Infoblox Inc., a network software provider, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Infoblox, Jazwiec was Founder, President and CEO of Nuclio Corporation; one of the top three managed service providers for network infrastructure in the U.S. Mr. Jazwiec also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. Prior to founding Nuclio, Mr. Jazwiec held executive positions with software and technology companies Acxiom/May & Speh, Fiserv, Inc., and Siebe PLC.

Ritch Durheim retired as CEO in December 2001 after a distinguished career at McHugh spanning over twenty-three years. Mr. Durheim had served as CEO since May 1995 and guided the transformation of McHugh to its position as a market leader in packaged supply chain and logistics software solutions. He will remain as a member of McHugh's board of directors.
