Dexory unveiled DexoryView Adapt, a new capability within its DexoryView platform that transforms real-time warehouse data into autonomous, evidence-backed operational decisions.

“Visibility is only valuable if it leads to action,” says Chris Coote, director of product, Dexory. “DexoryView Adapt is about enabling a more adaptive warehouse, where decisions are driven by real-time physical reality rather than stale data or manual interpretation.”

Key takeaways:

·        DexoryView already provides a continuous, real-time digital twin of warehouse operations, powered by Dexory's autonomous robots. DexoryView Adapt builds on this foundation by introducing an AI reasoning layer. It enables the next stage of warehouse evolution: the adaptive warehouse, where systems can identify and act on issues as they happen.

·        DexoryView Adapt analyzes operational data in real time, connecting signals across previously siloed systems, detecting patterns before they escalate, and recommending specific, evidence-backed actions.

●       It brings together three core inputs: real-time physical warehouse data, captured continuously by Dexory’s autonomous robots and the DexoryView digital twin; site-specific rules, systems, and operational constraints unique to each warehouse; and a growing warehouse knowledge base built from multi-site, multi-industry, and multi-geography deployments, as well as broader supply chain expertise.

●       Use cases include optimizing space utilization and slotting to increase picking speed and accuracy; identifying root causes of operational errors and congestion; reducing inefficiencies through layout and flow adjustments; and providing operators with visibility into cost-to-serve and client profitability.

“What we’re seeing from customers is a clear shift in demand. Visibility was the starting point, now they want their operations to think and act,” says Oana Jinga, chief commercial and product officer, Dexory. “DexoryView Adapt reflects this shift, helping organisations close the gap between insight and action.”
