ISD – Integrated Systems Design introduced the UltraStore Mini-Load AS/RS, a tote and bin storage system built on decades of UltraStore Mid-Load experience.

“We designed the UltraStore Mini to eliminate the problems that plague traditional mini-load installations—no proprietary parts, no embedded rail, no single point of failure,” says Tony Morgott, president, ISD.

Key takeaways:

·        Unlike traditional mini-load systems, the UltraStore Mini rides on the floor surface—no embedded rail.

·        Optional spare crane or forklift attachment restores full operation in minutes during maintenance events.

·        The system stores totes and bins up to 250 pounds standard and heavier in custom models, in vertical racking up to 40 feet high, handling 400-plus totes per hour across 500–5,000-plus storage positions.

·        Off-the-shelf components reduce spare parts inventory up to 40%.

·        Integration with WMS/WCS, real-time inventory visibility, and pick-to-light technology further boost throughput and accuracy.
