Evri Group announced plans to acquire Cross Border Connect (CBC), a U.S.-based logistics enablement provider specializing in delivery and returns.

The acquisition marks another significant step in Evri's international growth strategy, strengthening its capabilities in North America and expanding the solutions available to retailers, marketplaces and logistics partners trading across borders.
