JAGGAER acquired DocSkiff Inc., integrating DocSkiff’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered contracts analysis platform into the JAGGAER ONE platform to intelligently extract, review and analyze contract information using AI and machine learning.

- DocSkiff, renamed as JAGGAER Contracts AI, will be integrated into JAGGAER’s Contracts+ solution, which is an integrated component of the JAGGAER ONE suite of source-to-pay solutions.
