Dallas, Texas—July 14, 2014—M-Files Corporation, a provider of solutions that improve how enterprises manage documents and other information, announced that Nutiva, a fast-growing organic superfoods brand, deployed M-Files to automate its accounts payable (AP) procedures and decrease invoice-processing times. Nutiva is also leveraging M-Files mobile apps to streamline its inventory management workflow processes.
The spike in mainstream popularity of organic superfoods drove Nutiva’s growth and led to an influx in the amount of AP documentation Nutiva manages and processes, such as supplier and freight invoices. Nutiva realized it needed a solution that would enable the company to streamline its AP processes, as well as ensure that invoices could be automatically uploaded and linked to its Microsoft Dynamics GP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Nutiva selected the M-Files enterprise information management (EIM) solution because it was a flexible system that offered the robust workflow management functionality it required for automating its AP processes. Since implementing M-Files, Nutiva streamlined and optimized its invoice-handling processes and cut the time it takes to create month-end financial management reports in half.
