London—March 27, 2012—E-Invoicing network OB10 announced the launch the latest version of its pioneering customer portal to enhance user experience, bring further efficiencies and transparency to the purchase-to-pay process and deliver ground-breaking new services.
Based on feedback sought from thousands of accounts-payable and accounts-receivable customers, the portal offers users closer collaboration, greater personalization and enhanced self-service support and visibility into the invoicing process. This follows closely behind OB10’s recent transition to a Linux/Red Hat core-processing architecture that has accelerated system performance and offers near-infinite scalability.
“This is a major milestone for OB10 and signifies a step change in the speed at which we can bring user-centric services to market,” said Luke McKeever, Chief Executive Officer at OB10. “This latest version allows us to further differentiate our offering and transform the way organizations think about and implement e-Invoicing solutions.”
“Combining a revised back-end architecture with our redesigned front-end platform enables the agile deployment of new capabilities and features,” McKeever continued. “We have a succession of services to unveil over the coming months that will ensure OB10 remains the world’s most trusted service provider.”
Users will also be able to improve their cash flow and working capital through early payment discounts and supply chain finance options to extend the benefits from electronic invoicing across their network of trading partners.
OB10 users will begin the migration to the new portal in April with the global roll-out set for completion over the summer.
