Supplier information specialist points to continued growth with new, existing customers

Irving, TX February 15, 2005 Supplier information specialist Austin-Tetra is highlighting its 2004 results, pointing to continued growth and record-setting revenues in that past quarter.

With headquarters in Irving, Texas, Austin-Tetra offers content-based business information management solutions for the global supplier management, strategic sourcing and customer relationship management markets.

The company said that its revenues for the fourth quarter of 2004 were up 33 percent over the figures for the same period of 2003. Austin-Tetra attributed the revenue growth to increased renewal rates by existing customers, acceleration of Austin-Tetra's strategic partnership program and new customer acquisition.

"These trends confirm that Austin-Tetra has developed a set of solutions that serve the needs of large enterprises across a wide variety of industries," said Philip Berkebile, Jr., president and CEO of Austin-Tetra. "We've sold to more than 180 customers over the last three years, most of which are billion-dollar organizations."

Austin-Tetra's customers range from International Truck & Engine in the automotive sector to Verizon Communications in the technology sector, and from ConAgra Foods in consumer products to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in pharmaceuticals, among others.

The company has recently announced partnerships with A.T. Kearney Procurement Solutions (see story) and SAS (see story).
