Assent Inc. acquired IPOINT, a product compliance and sustainability software provider with expertise in the automotive industry, lifecycle assessment (LCA) and product stewardship.
The acquisition marks a significant step in Assent’s strategy to expand beyond supply chain compliance and deliver comprehensive product lifecycle intelligence, helping manufacturers manage evolving product requirements, sustainability performance, and regulatory obligations from design through end of life.
