Former hsupply head finds new home... at FacilityPro.com

ATLANTA, GA -- January 4, 2001 - FacilityPro.com announced today the resignation of Peter Dunning as president and CEO, and the appointment of Lawrence W. Hall to the position of president and COO.

Dunning resigned to accept the CEO position at another Atlanta-based company. A significant investor in FacilityPro.com, Dunning will continue to serve on the dot-com's board of directors.

Hall, most recently president and COO of hsupply, will be responsible for day-to-day operations, with particular emphasis on the deployment of the FacilityPro marketplace within its base of existing customers. There are no plans to fill the CEO position.

"Peter's extensive e-marketplace and technology expertise was a tremendous asset to FacilityPro," said Robert Dickhaus, founder and chairman of the board of FacilityPro.com. "We are very appreciative of the contributions made by Peter and are fortunate to have someone of Larry Hall's experience joining our company at this important time in our development. Larry has a proven record of success with the management of high growth, technology-based organizations and has the experience of day-to-day operations that FacilityPro requires in order to continue its success."

Hall's former employer, hsupply, an e-marketplace targeting the hospitality market, shut its doors in November 2000 after it was unable to secure sufficient financing to fund it through to profitability. Prior to hsupply, Hall served as the COO of Talus Solutions, a revenue management firm for the hotel, airline, rental car and cruise line industries. Hall also served as the president and COO of Aeronomics for more than three years. He spent 13 years with Sheraton Corp., serving as director of hotel systems and telecommunications worldwide.
