Newmediary and Bizspace forge strategic alliance

NEWTON, Mass.-- July 10, 2001-- Newmediary, Inc., a provider of online directory solutions for content and community sites, today announced a strategic alliance with BizSpace, Inc., which develops and operates B2B web sites in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Under the terms of the agreement, Newmediary will integrate its online directory tool and RFP engine with the content and community resources on each of the nine BizSpace sites creating the Buyer's Guide and RFP Centers. The alliance is an attempt to enable users of each site the ability to advertise and promote their specialty service in the directories, while also providing access to active Requests For Proposals (RFPs) specific to their industry.
