DENVER & LAS VEGAS May 22, 2002 At the ICSC Spring Convention this week, J.D. Edwards & Company announced the launch of its new Real Estate Management Solution as part of the J.D. Edwards 5 ERP suite.
Although not debuting until mid-June, the J.D. Edwards Real Estate Management Solution is anticipated to bring enhancements to CAM occupancy floors, lease option tracking, occupancy analysis, occupancy costs/sales reports, sales forecasting, sales history inquiry, percent rent and sales review reports. As a Web-based application, J.D. Edwards Real Estate Management Solution allows users to gather information from many disparate locations in a short period of time. Information can be gathered in real-time, asynchronously or offline. At any point along the way, users can look at reports through the Web interface, either individually or collectively. Customers and partners have the ability to securely view only their own data, make changes, and collaborate with their suppliers.
J.D. Edwards also announced plans to unveil details of its soon-to-be-released Advanced Real Estate Forecasting product that will integrate with the new J.D. Edwards Real Estate Management Solution. Details of the Advanced Real Estate Forecasting product will be announced later this summer.
