Chicago—Feb. 20, 2014—Xchanging plc, the business process, procurement and technology services provider, announced that Xchanging Procurement Services, a large global procurement services provider, signed two new contracts with Godiva Chocolatier, the global provider of premium chocolates.
The new three-year contracts were awarded following Xchanging’s successful delivery of procurement services to Godiva Belgium B.V. over the past 12 months.
As part of the new contracts, Xchanging Procurement Services is going to provide services for Godiva North America from its Chicago-based delivery center, including spend analytics, tactical and strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier implementation and compliance management. These efforts support Godiva’s transformation of its indirect procurement function.
For Godiva International, the scope of the existing contract is being expanded to cover additional categories of spend, and extended geographically in the company’s European and Asian operations, to service countries including Turkey, Hong Kong and Japan.

The contracts continue Xchanging Procurement Services’ strong growth in North America and Europe. The business is the third largest procurement services provider globally, with a team of more than 600 procurement and category specialists.
