Vienna, Austria—July 25, 2012—POOL4TOOL, which specializes in electronic solutions for sourcing, partnered with business data supplier D&B Germany (of the Bisnode Group) to enable companies to identify risks in the supply chain early on, minimizing any potential loss on the part of suppliers.
POOL4TOOL users can access D&B data and services directly using the application. By using the D&B D-U-N-S number, companies can identify suppliers to optimize the supplier registration process in POOL4TOOL, or integrate external data from D&B into the system.

POOL4TOOL clients also have access to the company information of the suppliers, which is stored in D&B’s database. This can range from address data to branch information, account data and to significant risk numbers, such as the likelihood of a deficit. This makes it possible for POOL4TOOL to create processes, which can identify risks in the supply chain of the company early. This saves companies a lot of negotiation room, in order to respond to a deficit of a supplier.
