On-demand application aims to give enterprises real-time, "on-demand" visibility into cash flow management
Santa Clara, CA — January 13, 2006 — On-demand spend management specialist Ketera this week rolled out a new invoicing application designed to offer visibility into an organization's cash flow management.
According to the solution provider, Invoice Management was designed to enable companies to reduce costs and gain control of critical spend management processes. Ketera said that the new on-demand Invoice Management solution, combined with Ketera's suite of spend management solutions, creates a fully integrated, on-demand procure-to-pay solution offering.
Designed to eliminate inefficient, paper-driven invoicing processes through automated and Web-based workflow processes, the solution can help medium and large enterprises more effectively manage their financial assets and their supplier relationships, Ketera said.
Streamlining P-to-P Processes
Invoice Management enables Ketera Procurement users to streamline purchasing and payment processes, as well as leverage supplier contracts for improved performance, the enabler said. Within the Ketera Supplier Network — a directory of more than 750,000 suppliers and 15,000 buyers — the Invoice Management solution can help buyers and suppliers transacting electronically to manage their cash flow with a workflow approval process.
Ketera believes that as these buyers and suppliers gain visibility into the invoice processing cycle, they become enabled to make more strategic spend management decisions.
"With this new on demand invoicing solution, finance and procurement professionals now have complete visibility and traceability into the entire order-to-cash process, meeting compliance requirements and reducing off-contract spending," said Steve Savignano, chairman and CEO of Ketera.
