Concern for patient care leads health care organization to select software from Relizon Co.

Dayton, OH — August 17, 2005 — INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health care organization, has awarded a $4.5 million contract to The Relizon Co., a North American supplier of business process solutions for document management.

Under the terms of the agreement, Relizon will manage many of the hospital's clinical and non-clinical document processes, ranging from critical-care flow-sheets and pharmacy labels to employee business cards and stationeries.

INTEGRIS Health is a member of Novation, a leading hospital group purchasing organization that Relizon serves under a master agreement. Today, Relizon is an approved supplier to three of the top five health care group purchasing organizations in the United States, representing more than 8,000 acute and sub-acute care facilities.
